What is included in the Cupid Package?

This package includes coach fare for two on board the train round trip from Orlando to Savannah. A ghost hunt for two throughout historic Savannah. Entry into a group scavenger hunt though out Savannah. Plush hotel accommodations for two on the riverfront area. A hot breakfast for two each morning at the hotel is included.

Can I alter the package?

Yes! We are a full service travel agency, and we can create a customized quote just for you! Upgrade your hotel stay, change your transportation, stay somewhere different, it doesn't matter...we can do it all for you! Email us if you want a custom quote.

What is not included?

Your food, drinks, and alcohol is not included except as noted. Transfer to and from the hotel from the train stations is not included and your responsibility. Share a taxi with someone else and save. Excursions, other activities, tours and shopping are not included and are the responsibility of the individual travelers.
Airfare is not included.

Is my train ticket included?

YES! Packages include round trip train passage for two. This includes two seats on the train.

What else will I need cash for?

You will need cash for drinks, food, shopping, etc. during your trip.

What else is there to do in Savannah?

Savannah is a very historic and romantic town. You can take a carriage ride, go on a ghost hunting tour, cruise the river on a paddle boat, enjoy famous southern cooking like a Paula Deens restaraunt, shop, drink, site see and so much more.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand in our profession, many times things come up and plans change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
Cancellation fees:
Up to May 1, 2011 - $25 per couple cancellation fee
May 1, 2011 – July 1, 2011 - $75 per couple cancellation fee
July 1 – September 1, 2011 - $100 per couple cancellation fee
September 1 – October 1, 2011 - $150 per couple cancellation fee
October 2nd through February 9th - FULL PENALTY
There are no refunds after October 1, 2011.

Who can go on this trip? Do I have to be a firefighter or law enforcement?

No, we have a group of firefighters, law enforcement, nurses, EMS & Healthcare Professionals that like to travel and party together. You are invited to join our group and take advantage of our discounts, benefits, and fun. We all have a great time together. We invite everyone in this profession to join us, as well as their friends. The minimum age for our group trips is 18. No children please.

Are there any upgrades?

Yes! The Amore Package includes a sleeper room on the train ride back from Savannah to Orlando. You get your own private room with latrine.

The Romance Upgrade package includes a carriage ride for 2.
