PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2010. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER THIS DATE, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR PAYMENTS MADE UP TO OCTOBER 1, 2010.

May 1, 2010 – July 1, 2010 - $75 per couple cancellation fee
July 1 – September 1, 2010 - $100 per couple cancellation fee
September 1 – October 1, 2010 - $150 per couple cancellation fee
October 2nd through February 9th - FULL PENALTY

You waive any and all claims to any images, any royalties or proceeds that may come from their use. You understand the ship/venue is considered a "public area" and consent to pictures being taken and may be used for commercial, promotional, or any other purposes. By booking, you claim that you are a reasonable, responsible legal adult, and will only consume alcohol if you are of the legal age in the state of Florida and will abide by the code of ethics of the travel partners, cruise lines, etc.
